Throughout its long history of various stores, the building of 116 W Wisconsin Ave has remained a staple for Neenah's inhabitants and tourists. Construction was completed in 1875 and the building originally belonged to John Pingel and Mary Draheim as Draheim and Pingel Sample Room & Cigars. The building went through various transitions from business to business since then, and also went through a period of vacancy before becoming the current Great Harvest Bread Co. owned by John Skyrms.
